Tent Assembly
Step 1: Stand the tent upright with the center mechanism at the top.
Step 2: Hold onto the roof poles & spread them open.
Have your partner stand opposite you, and you grasp 2 roof poles opposite each other and spread them open.
This action will create a pyramid shape.
Step 3: Unfold the tent and lift it up.
Unfold the legs of the tent from the center mechanism until they lay flat on the ground
Hold the roof poles and lift them up to create a house shape.
The poles will angle at the joints to partially stand up.
Step 4: Extend the leg poles at the joints.
Extend all leg poles until the orange locking button on the leg poles "click" & locks the poles into place.
Step 5: Attach the rainfly.
Drape the rainfly over the tent, placing the "Reactive Outdoor" logo over the door.
Snap the rainfly's plastic clip below the poles' orange locking buttons.
Repeat for remaining poles.
Tighten the straps on the rainfly to secure it. Attach the Velcro on the underside of the rainfly to the tent poles.
Step 6: Attach tent to vehicle.
Unlock and open your vehicle's tailgate.
Attach the tent to your vehicle's tailgate by fully covering the whole tailgate/cargo area with the tent's car sleeve.
Please ensure that the sleeve covers the hinge of the tailgate.
Secure the car sleeve by hooking the adjustable straps at the front grille or the hood and your vehicle's rear wheels on both sides.
Step 7: Secure the tent.
Secure the tent by driving stakes 45° through the hole in the loop at the base of the poles.
Attach guylines to the rainfly and stake them 45° to the ground.
Tighten guylines as needed by adjusting the slider up the cord.
Stake ground vents on both sides of the tent.
Tent Disassembly
Step 1: Remove car sleeve, guylines, stakes & rainfly. Place it back into the small compartment in the tent bag.
Step 2: Remove all hooks from your car.
Step 3: Push the locking buttons to release the leg poles.
Shorten the poles while pressing the orange locking button.
As you shorten the leg poles, lightly push the joints to fold the leg poles in.
Step 4: Fold all the leg poles.
Fold the leg poles in and close the roof poles together.
Step 5: Roll the loose tent fabric towards the center mechanism.
Step 6: Place the tent back into the tent bag with the stakes, guylines & rainfly. Buckle up the tent bag.
